SERVICES

Websites, themes, and custom apps.

I design and build Shopify, WordPress, and custom websites. I also develop themes, apps, and integrations, and manage the changes a live website needs.

Website design and builds

I work on the pages, the design, and the build. For a Shopify store, that can also mean sorting out the product catalog and imagery. For a service business, it starts with explaining the work and making inquiries easy.

I created the Chill Wholesale storefront from scratch, including the design, theme development, product organization, and product imagery, with ongoing work after the build.

What I handle

Page structure and responsive visual design
Shopify, WordPress, or custom development
Clear service or product pages and inquiry paths
Launch checks, editing access, and a defined handover

Your proposal sets out the pages, platform, content needs, features, fee, and launch plan. You can see what is included before deciding to proceed.

WHEN THE REQUIREMENT IS MORE SPECIFIC

Apps, themes, and custom features

Sometimes the job is one part of a website: a theme feature, a booking flow, or a connection between tools. I can also build a separate app around a task your business needs to handle.

Feature requirements and interface design
Theme, app, or integration development
Checks for the agreed workflows and error states
Agreed setup and maintenance notes

I assess the existing code, platform limits, access, and any third-party services first. We then agree the functionality, dependencies, and responsibility for ongoing changes.

I built MerchantScribe from scratch to take a photo of a tax-ID document into company details that a merchant can review before saving to Shopify.

After the launch

Keep your website moving.

Send me the product changes, page edits, and improvements that need attention. We agree what to tackle, then I make the changes and share the work for review.

Content, product, and page changes
Landing pages and campaign updates
Platform-appropriate site checks
A prioritized list of improvements

Existing sites are assessed before a takeover. We agree access, priorities, fees, response expectations, and platform-specific responsibilities before management starts.

Explore monthly management

Clear before we begin.

Content, access, and handover are part of the conversation before I start a build.

Content and assets: You supply existing copy and images. Any additional writing or image work is scoped separately, and we confirm what content and permissions are needed.
Editing and handover: Tell me what you want to update yourself. Your proposal defines the editing access, handover material, and guidance included for your project.
Domain, hosting, and access: We agree where the website will run, which accounts and access are needed, and who handles domain, hosting, and third-party responsibilities for the project.

Questions about the build.

How do we choose between Shopify, WordPress, and a custom site?

We start with what the website needs to do, how you will manage its content, and which tools it needs to connect to. I assess those requirements before recommending a platform. An existing setup can also influence whether a rebuild or a smaller change makes sense.

What about copy, photography, and other content?

You supply your existing copy and images. If you need additional writing or image work, we scope that separately. We also agree the content requirements and any permissions or third-party assets that need to be arranged.

Can you build from an existing design or improve part of a site?

Potentially. I review the design, existing website, and technical setup to understand what can be used and what needs work. We can then agree a focused scope or assess whether a wider rebuild is more appropriate.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

We discuss which content you need to manage and choose an editing approach that fits the platform. Editing access and any handover material or guidance are agreed as part of the project. Ongoing management can cover updates you would rather have me handle.

What if a new requirement comes up during the project?

We review it against the agreed scope before proceeding. If it changes the work, dependencies, fees, or responsibilities, we agree that change first so the project stays clear for both of us.
