MONTHLY WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
The product that needs adding. The page that is out of date. The changes you have not had time to get to. I can work through an agreed list with you each month.
Send me what needs attention. We choose the priorities, confirm the work, and keep track of what is finished. You speak with me about the details and review the changes with me.
Discuss monthly management
Product organization, product imagery, theme development, and ongoing website work were all part of my role on this Shopify store.
HOW MONTHLY WORK MOVES
Email me the link, the change, and any copy, images, or dates involved. Here is what happens next.
Email me what needs changing, the relevant page or product, and any copy, images, or dates involved. Requests go onto our working list.
I review the request against the website and our agreed scope. We decide what matters next, including any dependencies or questions to resolve.
We confirm the changes before building. Work outside the monthly agreement is scoped separately, with any additional fees agreed before proceeding.
I make the agreed changes and share the completed work for review. We use that feedback to confirm what is complete and what belongs on the next priority list.
Monthly scope and response expectations are agreed before starting. A request is reviewed before it becomes agreed work.
The platform and its setup determine what I can take responsibility for.
I look at the platform, condition, access, and what you need. Existing-site takeovers depend on that assessment.
We agree scope, fees, access, response expectations, responsibilities, and how requests are prioritized.
We work from the agreed priorities. New requirements are reviewed so the scope stays clear as needs change.
A redesign, a substantial feature, or a new integration may need its own project agreement. I will flag that before starting and agree any additional fees with you.
Third-party subscriptions, hosting charges, platform outages, and services controlled by other providers are not automatically included. Security remediation or recovery work needs its own assessment unless specifically covered.
I propose the monthly scope and fee after reviewing the website, access, and the work you need.
Discuss monthly managementI can assess it first. I need to understand the platform, code or theme, hosting, account access, and anything already causing problems before agreeing what I can take on.
Email me the page or product, what needs changing, and the copy, images, or dates involved. I review it against our working list and agreement, then we confirm the priorities and work before I start.
We define it around your actual website and recurring needs. It may include content and product updates, landing pages, site checks, or agreed improvements. Fees, access, responsibilities, and response expectations are agreed before starting; work outside that scope is discussed separately.
I flag it before building. A redesign, substantial feature, integration, or recovery task may need its own assessment and proposal. We agree the work and any additional fees before proceeding.
Shopify operates its hosted infrastructure. My Shopify work concerns the storefront, theme, content, and agreed customer journeys. WordPress update, backup, hosting, and testing responsibilities depend on its setup and are defined in our agreement.
